friends of ED love pioneering, and how great ideas evolve. Based on our Designer to Designer ethos, our aim is to return the power of design and radical innovation to the people who do it best: you. We're always on the lookout for creative book ideas and talented new authors in the areas of advanced web design and web development (CSS, Flash, PHP, Dreamweaver, etc.), web standards, usability, accessibility, and digital graphics (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc). If you think you've got what it takes to write technical and inspirational books, then get in touch!

We welcome mail about any new book ideas that you or potential authors may have. Please send all ideas—from vague suggestions ("Wouldn't it be just awesome to do a book called Drums and Dreamweaver: A Percussionist's Guide to Web Design ") to detailed proposals—to editorial@friendsofed.com, and one of our editors will reply back to you as soon as possible.
