Born in Täby, Stockholm, in 1972, Ola realized his passion for illustration around the age of 15—he would draw caricatures of his teachers and fellow students, and he continued to draw, in his books, on school benches, everywhere, until his teachers became mad and his parents lost hope. He had found his way of life, but he was the only one who knew it. After discovering Flash in 1999, he went on to achieve critical acclaim with his animated film, The Gooberstory, a huge project that was a year in the making. Since The Gooberstory, Ola has created various new worlds in his Flash work. His work relies heavily on moods and the experiences of tranquility and calm. You'll find his work at goober.nu.
